Als medior modelleur draag je bij aan innovatieve en slimme oplossingen voor toonaangevende infrastructurele projecten van WSP.

Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe rol eruit?

Als modelleur geef je vorm aan civiele constructies in beton en staal en speel je een centrale rol in onze uitdagende infraprojecten. Je werkt intensief samen met collega’s en opdrachtgevers aan ontwerpen die variëren van overzichtelijk tot zeer complex, van maatwerkoplossingen tot grootschalige en iconische infrastructuur.

Daarbij draag je bij aan toonaangevende projecten in Nederland, zoals ViA15, het vernieuwde Amsterdam Centraal en diverse ProRail‑opgaven, waaronder de onderdoorgangen bij Maarsbergen. In deze rol beweeg je je vaak op het snijvlak van ontwerp en uitvoering en ervaart van dichtbij hoe jouw ontwerpen werkelijkheid worden. Je ontwikkelt integrale oplossingen die niet alleen technisch doordacht en uitvoerbaar zijn, maar ook duurzaam en economisch verantwoord – voor zowel aannemers als publieke opdrachtgevers.

Wat zien wij graag in jou?

Als ervaren professional combineer je een sterke inhoudelijke basis met strategisch inzicht en weet je complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar slimme, praktische oplossingen. Je bent bedreven in het ontwerpen van civiele constructies van schetsontwerp tot en met uitvoeringsontwerp en werkt met zowel precisie als overzicht. Daarnaast ben je proactief, communicatief sterk, leergierig en intrinsiek gemotiveerd, terwijl je continu op de hoogte blijft van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied. Kennis van de Nederlandse taal en/of ervaring met de Nederlandse bouw- en werkpraktijk is daarbij een pre. Daarnaast beschik je over onderstaande kwalificaties:

— Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Civiele Techniek

— Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring in civieltechnische constructies

— Ervaring met softwarepakketten zoals Revit, AutoCAD en ACC

— Ervaring met BIM-systematiek

— Bekwaam in het ontwerpen van civiele constructies van schetsontwerp tot uitvoeringsontwerp, volgens projectspecificaties en richtlijnen, in multidisciplinaire context (weg- en railontwerp, architectuur) binnen een BIM-omgeving

— Beschikt over gedegen kennis van Dynamo en vergelijkbare scripttalen
