Ben jij een ervaren Revit Modelleur met een passie voor BIM en architectuur? Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres.

Bij WSP zetten wij BIM in als hét centrale hulpmiddel om onze projecten soepel en efficiënt te realiseren. Niet alleen intern, maar ook voor de samenwerking met externe partijen. Met een jong, enthousiast en ambitieus team tillen wij onze 3D-modellen continu naar een hoger niveau.

Wij geloven niet in hiërarchie, maar in samenwerking. Iedereen binnen ons team wordt gehoord en ieders ideeën en inzichten tellen mee. We werken nauw samen met collega's van andere disciplines, zoals constructie, om onze projecten tot in de puntjes uit te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als bouwkundig tekenaar bij WSP werk je zelfstandig aan projecten, van schetsontwerp tot uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp. Je vertaalt projectinformatie naar nauwkeurige en gedetailleerde 3D-modellen in Revit. Samen met je team signaleer je knelpunten en los je deze efficiënt op. Daarnaast bezoek je regelmatig de bouwplaats om de overgang van ontwerp naar realisatie zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.

In deze rol krijg je veel autonomie: je beheert je eigen projecten (2GW landstation Tennet), hebt direct contact met klanten en stemt zelfstandig af met constructeurs en andere WSP collega's. Je krijgt dus de vrijheid om jouw werk op jouw manier in te richten.

Bij WSP werken we in een open en collegiale sfeer. We luisteren naar elkaar, sparren over oplossingen en werken nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines, zoals constructie en installatietechniek. Op deze manier zorgen we ervoor dat ieder project technisch én architectonisch klopt.

Wat zien wij graag in jou?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende Revit-skills;
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en kunt zelfstandig werken;
  • Je hebt ervaring met BIM-protocollen en standaarden;
  • Je communiceert sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend;
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en komt met slimme ideeën en verbetervoorstellen.
