Als Projectmanager Milieu ben jij de drijvende kracht achter projecten die Nederland groener, gezonder en toekomstbestendig maken. Van complexe bodemonderzoeken tot strategische milieuprojecten: jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, met oog voor kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking.

Jouw rol in ons verhaal

Als Projectmanager Milieu ben jij het gezicht van WSP richting onze klanten en partners. Je weet belangen te verbinden en creëert vertrouwen, terwijl je multidisciplinaire teams begeleidt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten soepel en volgens plan verlopen. Jij bewaakt niet alleen budgetten en deadlines, maar zorgt er ook voor dat elk project bijdraagt aan een betere leefomgeving – dat is waar jij het verschil maakt.

Je neemt de leiding over grootschalige, complexe projecten, vaak voortkomend uit ons raamcontract met een toonaangevende netbeheerder. Daarbij ben je actief betrokken bij het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten en het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties. Je initieert en begeleidt aanbestedingstrajecten en tenders, en bent inhoudelijk scherp bij het opstellen van ramingen.

Daarnaast ben je de spil in het stakeholdermanagement: je stuurt onderaannemers en externe partners aan en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen op één lijn zitten. Van de coördinatie en uitvoering van milieuprojecten tot het bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit – jij houdt het overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid van begin tot eind.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van het MT van BU Earth & Environment en werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit disciplines zoals ecologie, civiele techniek en constructie.

Wat zien wij graag in jou?

Je bent een strategische denker met een scherp oog voor kansen. Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je weet mogelijkheden te signaleren en vertaalt ze naar overtuigende oplossingen die vertrouwen wekken. Verder neem je mee:

  • een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in milieukunde, civiele techniek, fysische geografie of een vergelijkbare richting. Idealiter 10 jaar ervaring in een projectmatige omgeving.
  • affiniteit met acquisitie en het onderhouden van klantrelaties, met gevoel voor stakeholderdynamiek en politieke sensitiviteit.
  • ervaring met aanbestedingen en het effectief aansturen van externe partijen.
  • een proactieve houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
