Ben jij een ervaren geotechnisch specialist die graag leiding neemt in uitdagende projecten? Bij WSP Nederland werk je aan de basis van iconische infrastructuur en duurzame energieoplossingen. Als Lead Geotechniek ben jij dé expert die bodemonderzoek vertaalt naar slimme ontwerpen en innovatieve oplossingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bruggen, tunnels, windparken en stedelijke uitbreidingen niet alleen vandaag stevig staan, maar ook klaar zijn voor de toekomst.

Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe rol eruit?

Je bent het gezicht van geotechniek binnen onze projecten. Van complexe infrastructuur tot bouwkuipen: jij adviseert, coördineert en inspireert. Je werkt samen met een team van gedreven geotechnische ingenieurs en bent sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers. Veiligheid, duurzaamheid en kwaliteit staan altijd centraal in jouw aanpak.

In deze uitdagende rol verbind jij diverse geotechnische specialisten die verspreid over onze businessunits werken en bij je een centraal kennispunt voor de ontwikkeling van onze vakinhoudelijk kennis.

  • Ervaring als geotechnisch ingenieur in complexe projecten.
  • Ervaring met geavanceerde 2D/3D Plaxis-modellen en het effectief inzetten daarvan binnen ontwerp- en uitvoeringsprocessen
  • Een nieuwsgierige blik en de drive om innovatieve oplossingen te vinden.
