Wil jij bijdragen aan projecten die impact maken op de wereld van morgen? Als junior adviseur bodem werk je aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken, van industriële locaties tot complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je onderzoekt, analyseert en adviseert, terwijl je je stap voor stap ontwikkelt richting een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Samen met ervaren collega’s en projectleiders werk je aan projecten van begin tot eind. Je verdiept je in bodemvraagstukken, analyseert onderzoeksgegevens en vertaalt deze naar heldere, praktische en toekomstbestendige adviezen. Zo leer je hoe je onderzoeksresultaten, risico’s en regelgeving samenbrengt tot concrete oplossingen voor opdrachtgevers.

De afwisseling is groot: je stelt rapportages en adviezen op, stemt af met collega’s, opdrachtgevers en specialisten, en leert technische kennis overtuigend over te brengen. Je groeit van een ondersteunende rol naar zelfstandig adviseur en neemt steeds meer regie over (deel)projecten.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken en toegankelijk team binnen de Business Unit Earth & Environment. De sfeer is open en informeel: we sparren veel, delen kennis en helpen elkaar vooruit. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren adviseurs en projectleiders die jou begeleiden in je ontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om jouw eigen stijl te ontwikkelen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen — jouw nieuwsgierigheid en drive om je te ontwikkelen vinden we het belangrijkst.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van milieukunde, aardwetenschappen of bodem.
  • Rapporteren gaat je goed af. Onze adviesrapportages zijn het product voor onze klant. Het is belangrijk dat deze duidelijk, leesbaar en met zorg worden opgesteld.
  • Kan je de basis van GIS? Dan geldt dat voor ons als een pré. We stellen veel kaart materiaal op en ook resultaten verwerken wij hierin.
  • Je hebt interesse in het analyseren van vraagstukken en het vertalen van data naar advies.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet hoofd- van bijzaken te scheiden, communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met anderen.

Jouw ontwikkeling bij WSP

Je start in een rol waarin je de basis legt als adviseur. Heb je al ervaring, dan krijg je sneller meer verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om door te groeien.
