Wat ga je doen?

Je verdeelt je tijd tussen projecten en het team.

In de praktijk betekent dat:

  • Je ontwerpt en rekent mee aan constructies binnen lopende projecten
  • Je begeleidt en coacht constructeurs en modelleurs
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en helpt collega’s verder
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en andere disciplines
  • Je houdt overzicht op planning, bezetting en voortgang

Je staat dus niet aan de zijlijn, maar zit midden in het werk.

Het team

Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 6–10 constructeurs en modelleurs. Samen werk je aan projecten in woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw.

De lijnen zijn kort. Je schakelt veel met collega-teamleiders en andere disciplines.

Wat voor projecten?

Je werkt aan verschillende typen projecten, zoals:

  • Woningbouwprojecten (nieuwbouw en transformaties)
  • Utiliteitsbouw (kantoren, onderwijs, zorg)
  • Complexere projecten waar samenwerking met andere disciplines belangrijk is

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft geen “perfect plaatje” te zijn, maar dit helpt:

  • Je hebt ervaring als constructeur of projectleider constructies
  • Je hebt overzicht en kunt keuzes maken in projecten
  • Je vindt het leuk om mensen te begeleiden en verder te helpen
  • Je kunt schakelen tussen inhoud en aansturing
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met collega’s en opdrachtgevers
