Geef richting aan de energievoorziening van de toekomst

De energietransitie vraagt om een forse uitbreiding van het Nederlandse hoogspanningsnet. Samen met opdrachtgevers zoals TenneT werkt WSP aan nieuwe hoogspanningsverbindingen die duurzame energie betrouwbaar transporteren en Nederland voorbereiden op de toekomst.

Als Lead Engineer Hoogspanningskabels ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische inhoud van haalbaarheidsstudies en Basisontwerpen voor ondergrondse hoogspanningsverbindingen. Je geeft richting aan de technische ontwikkeling van de discipline Kabels, stuurt engineers inhoudelijk aan en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpkeuzes leiden tot haalbare, uitvoerbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen.

Je vervult een centrale rol binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams en bent verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming tussen de discipline Kabels en disciplines zoals Omgeving, Civiel, Primair, EMC/Aarding en Telecom.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de technische inhoud van haalbaarheidsstudies en Basisontwerpen voor hoogspanningskabelverbindingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en beoordelen van kabelsysteemkeuzes en tracévarianten.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van technische uitgangspunten en ontwerpcriteria.
  • Maken en onderbouwen van ontwerpafwegingen binnen de discipline Kabels.
  • Afstemmen van technische raakvlakken met de disciplines Omgeving, Civiel, Primair, EMC/Aarding en Telecom.
  • Identificeren, analyseren en beheersen van technische risico's.
  • Begeleiden en coachen van kabelengineers binnen het team.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor het kabelgedeelte binnen het projectteam en richting opdrachtgever.
  • Leveren van technische input voor vergunningen, planologie en ruimtelijke inpassing.
  • In staat om naar onze kantoren in zowel Arnhem als Breda te reizen

Welke tools gebruik je?

  • ArcGIS of QGIS voor tracéstudies en ruimtelijke analyses.
  • Relatics voor eisenbeheer, raakvlakmanagement, verificatie en risicobeheersing.

· Microsoft Teams en SharePoint voor samenwerking en documentmanagement.

· AutoCAD voor tracé- en detailontwerpen (optioneel).

· Civil 3D voor kabeltracés en ruimtelijke inpassing (optioneel).

Wat breng je mee?

Vereist

· HBO- of WO-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar.

· Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen energie-, kabel- of infrastructuurprojecten.

· Ervaring met haalbaarheidsstudies, Basisontwerpen of ontwerpcoördinatie.

· Kennis van hoogspanningskabelsystemen, tracéontwikkeling of ondergrondse infrastructuur.

· Ervaring met multidisciplinaire samenwerking.

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Pré

· Ervaring met TenneT-projecten.

· Kennis van Systems Engineering en Relatics.

· Ervaring met ondergrondse hoogspanningsverbindingen.

· Ervaring in een rol als Lead Engineer, Discipline Lead of Ontwerpcoördinator.
