Bij WSP zoeken we een Teamleider/Projectleider Bouwfysica die het team verbindt, richting geeft en ondersteunt in professionele groei. Je zorgt voor een sterke, positieve teamcultuur en een duidelijke, doordachte manier van werken. In deze rol staat adviseren centraal: je maakt complexe bouwfysica helder en begrijpelijk voor opdrachtgevers en ontwerpteams.

Je brengt structuur in processen, ontwikkelt het team en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze werkwijze. Je combineert inhoudelijk inzicht met coachend leiderschap en communicatieve kracht.

Wat ga je doen

Je begeleidt en coacht collega’s, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt dat het team zich continu kan ontwikkelen. Je creëert een omgeving waarin kennis wordt gedeeld en mensen met vertrouwen kunnen werken.

Je bewaakt en verbetert onze methodieken, processen en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Je zorgt voor een consistente, efficiënte en duidelijke manier van werken, passend bij de groei van het team en de projecten.

Je leidt het bouwfysische deel van multidisciplinaire projecten. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar begrijpelijke adviezen en presenteert deze op een toegankelijke manier. Je onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en voortgang.

Projecten

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van utiliteitsbouw tot bijzondere architectonische ontwerpen. Je zorgt dat disciplines goed samenwerken en dat het bouwfysische werk logisch en zorgvuldig in het ontwerp is ingebed.

Jouw team

Je geeft leiding aan een groep betrokken bouwfysicaspecialisten. Samen werk je aan een cultuur waarin vertrouwen, professionaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je staat dicht bij het team en zorgt voor richting en overzicht.

Wie ben jij

Je hoeft geen “perfect plaatje” te zijn, maar dit helpt

  • Je hebt een hbo- of wo-achtergrond, bij voorkeur in bouwkunde of natuurkunde.
  • Je hebt ervaring met bouwfysica én met het begeleiden van teams en projecten.
  • Je bent een coachend leider die helder communiceert en aandacht heeft voor zowel mensen als processen.
  • Je denkt gestructureerd, ziet kansen voor verbetering en brengt rust en overzicht.
  • Je kunt complexe inhoud toegankelijk maken voor verschillende gesprekspartners.
