Senior BIM Coördinator

Wat ga je doen?

Als BIM Coördinator bij WSP speel je een sleutelrol in het succesvol realiseren van multidisciplinaire projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het BIM-proces en bewaakt de samenwerking tussen interne en externe disciplines. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat projectinformatie gestructureerd, actueel en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is voor alle betrokkenen.

Je verbindt bouwkunde, constructie en installaties, bewaakt de kwaliteit van modellen en processen en draagt samen met ontwerpers, engineers en projectleiders bij aan integrale en technisch hoogwaardige ontwerpen. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het verder professionaliseren van BIM en informatiemanagement binnen projecten en de organisatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren van BIM-activiteiten tussen bouwkunde, constructie en installaties;
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, structuur en betrouwbaarheid van model- en projectinformatie;
  • Opstellen, implementeren en beheren van BIM-protocollen, standaarden en werkafspraken;
  • Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs en andere externe partijen om geïntegreerde en consistente modellen te waarborgen;
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van modelleurs en engineers bij de ontwikkeling van 3D-modellen;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten binnen projecten en actief aandragen van verbetervoorstellen;
  • Stimuleren van kennisdeling en verdere ontwikkeling van BIM-processen binnen de organisatie.

Waar kom je te werken?

Je wordt onderdeel van het team Bouwadvies. Binnen dit multidisciplinaire team werk je samen met specialisten op het gebied van bouwkunde, constructies en installatietechniek aan uitdagende nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten.

Een mooi voorbeeld hiervan is Amsteloever in Amsterdam: een duurzame gebiedsontwikkeling met circa 370 woningen, waarin een hybride hout-betonconstructie, slimme ontwerpkeuzes en BIM samenkomen. Binnen dit project vormt BIM de digitale ruggengraat voor samenwerking, modelcoördinatie, clashdetectie en betrouwbaar informatiemanagement. Als BIM Coördinator draag je bij aan dit soort complexe projecten, waarin techniek, duurzaamheid en samenwerking hand in hand gaan. [wsp.com]

BIM en informatiemanagement vormen een belangrijke basis voor onze manier van werken. Door informatie slim te organiseren en disciplines effectief te verbinden, zorgen we voor kwalitatief hoogwaardige ontwerpen en succesvolle projectresultaten. Daarbij staan samenwerking, innovatie en kennisontwikkeling centraal.

Wat breng je mee?

In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen disciplines, mensen en informatie. Je behoudt overzicht, communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders en weet BIM-processen op een pragmatische manier te organiseren en te verbeteren.

Je combineert technische kennis met organisatorisch inzicht en hebt een scherp oog voor zowel detail als samenhang.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde HBO-of TU opleiding in Bouwkunde, Installatietechniek, Constructietechniek of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Ervaring binnen BIM-projecten, bij voorkeur in een coördinerende rol;
  • Ervaring met Revit en andere relevante BIM-tools;
  • Kennis van BIM-processen, informatiemanagement en multidisciplinaire samenwerking;
  • Ervaring met het afstemmen van bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische modellen;
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede beheersing van het Engels.
