Ben jij voor 32 tot 36 uur per week op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie waarin organiseren, plannen en ondersteunen samenkomen?

Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Je maakt deel uit van het secretariaat van WSP en bent voor onze Business Unit Rail in Utrecht een belangrijke steun voor collega's en management. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van ongeveer 150 technisch specialisten en zorgt ervoor dat zaken achter de schermen soepel verlopen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een collega die energie krijgt van organiseren, plannen en ondersteunen. Iemand die graag initiatief neemt, vooruitdenkt en ervoor zorgt dat collega's zich kunnen richten op hun eigen werk. Door jouw proactieve aanpak zijn zaken goed geregeld en worden managers en medewerkers op onze locatie in Utrecht tijdig en professioneel ondersteund.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op het gebied van interne en externe communicatie en facilitaire dienstverlening.
  • Je coördineert en verzorgt administratieve en registratieve processen en houdt deze zorgvuldig bij.
  • Je plant afspraken en beheert agenda's voor leidinggevenden en teams.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen via telefoon, e-mail, post en bezoekers en zorgt voor een professionele afhandeling.
  • Je houdt diverse informatiebestanden actueel, zoals contracten, normen, abonnementen en voorraden.
  • Je organiseert en beheert zaken als dienstkleding, kantoorbenodigdheden, reizen en andere facilitaire voorzieningen.
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en draagt actief bij aan een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op kantoor.
