Leid projecten die de energievoorziening van Nederland mogelijk maken

De energietransitie vraagt om een forse uitbreiding van het Nederlandse hoogspanningsnet. Samen met opdrachtgevers zoals TenneT werkt WSP aan complexe projecten voor nieuwe hoogspanningsverbindingen die essentieel zijn voor een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige energievoorziening.

Als Projectleider Hoogspanningskabels ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor haalbaarheidsstudies en Basisontwerpen van ondergrondse hoogspanningsverbindingen. Je geeft leiding aan multidisciplinaire projectteams en zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning, budget, kwaliteit en stakeholderbelangen samenkomen in een succesvol projectresultaat.

Je werkt nauw samen met Lead Engineers, Omgevingsmanagers en opdrachtgevers en creëert de randvoorwaarden waarbinnen het projectteam optimaal kan presteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven aan haalbaarheidsstudies en Basisontwerpen voor hoogspanningsverbindingen.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor planning, budget, scope, kwaliteit en risico's.
  • Aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams.
  • Onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers, stakeholders en projectpartners.
  • Bewaken van voortgang, financiën en projectdoelstellingen.
  • Faciliteren van besluitvorming en beheersen van projectrisico's.
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen techniek, omgeving en projectbeheersing.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en projectresultaten aan opdrachtgevers en management.
  • Signaleren van kansen voor projectoptimalisatie en business development.
  • In staat om naar onze kantoren in zowel Arnhem als Breda te reizen

  • Microsoft Project voor planning en resourcebeheer.
  • Power BI voor projectrapportages en stuurinformatie.
  • Microsoft Teams voor communicatie en samenwerking.
  • SharePoint voor documentmanagement.
  • Relatics voor eisen-, risico- en raakvlakmanagement.

Wat breng je mee?

Vereist

· HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.

· Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen energie-, kabel- of infrastructuurprojecten.

· Aantoonbare ervaring als Projectleider binnen multidisciplinaire projecten.

· Ervaring met projectbeheersing, risicomanagement en stakeholdermanagement.

· Ervaring met opdrachtgevers zoals TenneT, netbeheerders of publieke organisaties.

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Pré

· Ervaring met TenneT-projecten.

· Kennis van Systems Engineering en Relatics.

· Projectmanagement certificering zoals IPMA, Prince2 of vergelijkbaar.

· Ervaring met hoogspanningsverbindingen of ondergrondse infrastructuur.
