Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe rol eruit?

De leefomgeving van de toekomst vraagt om strategisch doordachte keuzes. Daarbij moet steeds vaker gezocht worden naar innovatieve oplossingen binnen de juridische kaders. Bij WSP werk je als senior planjurist aan projecten die Nederland zichtbaar vormgeven: van complexe stedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen tot wateropgaven en vraagstukken in de ondergrond, zoals kabels en leidingen. Je werkt aan trajecten waarin uiteenlopende belangen samenkomen en juridische kaders richting geven aan duurzame, haalbare oplossingen.

Zo draag je bijvoorbeeld bij aan grootschalige gebiedsontwikkelingen zoals: Landbouwbelang in Maastricht, waar wonen, cultuur en duurzaamheid samenkomen, én aan waterveiligheidsprojecten zoals Ruimte voor de Maas, waarin juridische besluitvorming nauw verweven is met technische en maatschappelijke belangen.

Als senior planjurist ben je een inhoudelijk zwaartepunt binnen complexe projecten. Je adviseert over ruimtelijke procedures, het omgevingsrecht en bestuurlijke besluitvorming en schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch meedenken en inhoudelijke diepgang. Daarbij ben je een volwaardig sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, overheden en collega’s binnen multidisciplinaire teams.

Je maakt deel uit van multidisciplinaire teams waarin planologen, omgevingsmanagers en milieuspecialisten samenwerken aan integrale oplossingen. Door deze samenwerking leer je continu van andere disciplines en draag je bij aan projecten met je grondige analyses en brede blik op complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken. Wat deze rol onderscheidend maakt, is de manier waarop je samenwerkt. Bij WSP krijg je de kans om te werken aan projecten die er maatschappelijk toe doen, binnen een organisatie die investeert in jouw ontwikkeling. Je bouwt mee aan de leefomgeving van morgen én aan je eigen toekomst.

Wat zien wij graag in jou?

  • Een afgeronde wo‑opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid, met specialisatie in omgevingsrecht/ bestuursrecht.
  • Ruime ervaring als planjurist binnen complexe projecten in de fysieke leefomgeving.
  • Diepgaande en actuele kennis van de Omgevingswet en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met de technische sector en het vermogen om juridische kaders te verbinden aan technische en ruimtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Senioriteit om te fungeren als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers en collega’s binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams.
