Vi søger en Sales Associate 8 timer ugentlig til vores butik i Magasin Odense, hvor vi hver dag arbejder for at give vores kunder en inspirerende og personlig oplevelse. Her er kunden i centrum, og du bliver en del af et team af engagerede og kompetente kolleger, der gør hverdagen både spændende og meningsfuld. Vi tilbyder et arbejdsmiljø med høj faglighed, gode udviklingsmuligheder og attraktive personalegoder – herunder personalekøb, sociale arrangementer og adgang til interne træningsprogrammer.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være:

  • Sikre en personlig og professionel kundeoplevelse
  • Rådgive kunder med passion og produktviden
  • Arbejde med salgsmål og KPI’er
  • Bidrage til et inspirerende butiksmiljø
  • Deltage i events og kundetiltag
  • Løse ad hoc-opgaver i butikken

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra detail- eller service-branchen
  • Er udadvendt og har let ved at tale med forskellige typer kunder
  • Har let til smil og bevarer roen i travle situationer
  • Er motiveret af salg og performance
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og bidrager med godt humør
  • Taler flydende dansk og engelsk
  • Har flair for IT og kan navigere i digitale systemer

Stillingen er på 8 timer om ugen, fordelt på enkelte hverdage, samt weekender. Flere timer vil forekomme op til højtider, såsom black friday og julehandel.
