About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Airport Greeter – Transportation Shuttle to join the resort’s Transportation Shuttle team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Greet guests at the airport in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage and guide them to the designated shuttle area.
  • Coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate any delays or changes in schedules to guests promptly.
  • Provide information about the property, transportation services, and local area as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during transfers.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any transportation-related issues efficiently.
  • Report any incidents or operational concerns to the Transportation Supervisor

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest services or transportation, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
