Il nostro cliente è un gruppo italiano con presenza internazionale, attivo nel settore del packaging flessibile e delle macchine per il confezionamento. Per il potenziamento della Direzione Commerciale, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: AREA MANAGER ESTERO - MERCATO AFRICA PER SETTORE INDUSTRIALE B2B La risorsa, riportando al Sales Director responsabili dell'area geografica, avrà la responsabilità di gestire e sviluppare il business nei mercati dei Balcani e dell'Africa, con un mix di attività 70% farming e 30% hunting, effettuando trasferte internazionali pari al 40-50% del tempo, con durata media settimanale. Responsabilità principali Gestire e sviluppare un portafoglio clienti consolidato, garantendo continuità e crescita del business. Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali nei mercati assegnati, identificando potenziali clienti e nuove applicazioni. Raccogliere le esigenze tecniche dei clienti e proporre soluzioni adeguate in collaborazione con i team tecnici interni. Seguire l'intero processo di vendita, dalla fase di analisi alla negoziazione, fino alla redazione di report e forecast accurati. Effettuare analisi di mercato per individuare trend, competitor e opportunità di espansione. Requisiti Laurea in discipline umanistiche, tecniche o linguistiche. Esperienza 2-10 anni in ruoli commerciali B2B in contesti industriali; gradita provenienza dal packaging flessibile. Esperienza commerciale in Africa oppure in altri mercati ad alta complessità (ad esempio LATAM, MIDDLE EAST, BALCANI) se con forte motivazione a mettersi in gioco ed operare stabilmente sul mercato Africano Abitudine a viaggiare all'estero per almeno il 40% del tempo (e disponibilità a farlo). Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (fondamentale); gradita la conoscenza di altre lingue tra cui francese e/o tedesco. Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Windows, Office). Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali. Attitudine al problem solving, autonomia e orientamento al risultato. Ottime capacità di time management e organizzazione.
