Il nostro Cliente è una realtà produttiva strutturata e in evoluzione. Siamo stati incaricati di ricercare la seguente figura professionale: HR PLANT MANAGER La risorsa, riporterà all'HR Director e rappresenterà il punto di riferimento HR per il Plant. Avrà responsabilità end-to-end sullo stabilimento, operando con forte autonomia nella gestione quotidiana e garantendo il presidio di relazioni sindacali, compliance normativa e processi HR. Principali responsabilità Riferimento per tutte le tematiche HR relative al plant, supportando obiettivi di business, organizzazione e workforce planning Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita del dipendente: onboarding, performance, sviluppo Garantire la piena compliance a normativa italiana, policy aziendali e procedure interne Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni industriali con RSU/OO.SS., partecipando a consultazioni e negoziazioni quando richiesto Presidiare le tematiche relative a procedimenti disciplinari, contenziosi Supportare riorganizzazioni e iniziative di change management Gestire il recruiting e le relazioni con partner esterni Rilevare fabbisogni formativi e coordinare programmi di training, iniziative di sviluppo/apprendistato e azioni di succession planning Supportare payroll e amministrazione del personale in coordinamento con una figura dedicata e monitorare KPI (headcount, assenteismo, turnover) Promuovere engagement e comunicazione interna, con visibilità costante in reparto Collaborare con EHS e leadership di stabilimento per consolidare una forte cultura di sicurezza e benessere Competenze tecniche richieste Laurea in Economia, Management, Giurisprudenza, Psicologia o discipline affini 8-10 anni di esperienza HR in contesti industriali/manifatturieri/operativi Buona comprensione di processi payroll e amministrazione del personale Inglese livello buono Competenze manageriali e soft skills Approccio da business partner, orientato a soluzioni strategiche Integrità, riservatezza e solidità nella gestione di temi sensibili Resilienza e attitudine a operare in contesti produttivi rapidi e complessi Sede di lavoro: provincia di Belluno Inserimento a tempo indeterminato. Retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra €50.000 e €60.000, definita in funzione di esperienza e coerenza con la seniority del ruolo. #LI-BF1 Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
