Per conto di una realtà specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti industriali ad elevato contenuto tecnologico per il settore termico, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico. Guidare l'Ufficio Tecnico garantendo un rilascio progettuale solido e puntuale sulle commesse, e impostare un modello di lavoro strutturato e scalabile (priorità, standard, codifiche/distinte, gestione fornitori engineering), abilitando una progressiva riduzione della complessità e un miglioramento misurabile dell'efficienza operativa Responsabilità e attività: presidio del rilascio tecnico su commessa, assicurando qualità progettuale, controllo delle modifiche, completezza documentale e coerenza tra progettazione, distinta base e fabbisogni per produzione/acquisti definizione e implementazione di priorità, ruoli, responsabilità, standard tecnici, regole di configurazione e flussi di rilascio gestione e interfaccia con fornitori engineering/disegno contributo alla messa a regime dell' ERP lato area tecnica (codifiche, distinte, disciplina dati, interfaccia con produzione e acquisti) progressiva standardizzazione e riduzione delle varianti a basso valore, rendendo più efficiente l'esecuzione e più prevedibili tempi/costi di rilascio. Requisiti e competenze tecniche: Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o titolo equivalente Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo e maturata in aziende Engineer-to-Order, impiantistica o macchine speciali, abituato a lavorare su commessa Gradita esperienza nell'implementazione o nell'utilizzo evoluto di sistemi ERP/PDM Costituirà titolo preferenziale la provenienza da settori quali: impianti termici, incenerimento, trattamento fumi, impiantistica industriale, macchine speciali, impianti di processo Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. Completano il profilo Leadership autorevole e capacità di creare collaborazione Visione organizzativa e orientamento al miglioramento continuo Capacità decisionale e definizione delle priorità Forte approccio operativo e Problem solving Autonomia e senso di responsabilità Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione Ottime capacità relazionali e di confronto con funzioni aziendali e proprietà. Pacchetto retributivo Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato Liv.
