Per la filiale italiana di un gruppo multinazionale, leader nella commercializzazione e assistenza tecnica di soluzioni digitali e intelligenti per l'efficienza energetica soprattutto in ambito riscaldamento (contabilizzazione energetica e idrica, ottimizzazione impianti centralizzati, dispositivi IoT e smart metering con lettura wireless), ricerchiamo per il potenziamento del business 'Condomini e immobili commerciali' il/la: PROJECT MANAGER / RESPONSABILE TECNICO SERVIZI EFFICIENTAMENTO ENERGETICO - BUSINESS CONDOMINI E IMMOBILI COMMERCIALI (Sede: zona Arese con trasferte sul territorio nazionale ~20% a regime) La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Direttore Tecnico e funzionale all'Head of Business Development del Business di riferimento, garantirà la fattibilità tecnica, la conformità normativa e la corretta esecuzione dei progetti di efficientamento energetico nel segmento condomini e immobili commerciali/terziario. Il ruolo combina la responsabilità tecnica di progetto con la possibilità (ideale) di assumere, a valle di validazione camerale, la nomina di Responsabile Tecnico ai sensi del DM 37/08 - lettera A e la firma delle dichiarazioni di conformità sugli interventi elettrici eseguiti con personale interno. Principali attività: - gestione end-to-end dei progetti: dalla consulenza tecnica e audit iniziali all'ingegnerizzazione della soluzione, fino alla supervisione di installazione, messa in servizio e handover; - traduzione dei bisogni del cliente in una soluzione realizzabile, assicurando conformità normativa e applicabilità in campo; - verifica on site di: disponibilità reale dei segnali, corrispondenza tra documentazione e impianto, contatti utilizzabili e condizioni di di installazione; - raccolta e trasmissione dati tecnici per la realizzazione del quadro (spazi disponibili, ingressi cavi, tipologia installazione); - redazione della relazione tecnica preliminare e condivisione/approvazione con il cliente prima dell'avvio lavori; - coordinamento dei tecnici in campo interni e/o imprese terze, per installazione e cablaggio quadri (preferibilmente in centrale termica), raccolta dati, avviamento e attività di mantenimento, con presidio di tempi, qualità e sicurezza in cantiere; (ideale) assunzione del ruolo di Responsabile Tecnico DM 37/08 lettera A e firma delle dichiarazioni di conformità degli interventi elettrici. Requisiti: Qualifica Chiave: Certificazione EGE (Esperto in Gestione dell'Energia) secondo la norma UNI CEI 11339 (settore Civile/Terziario). Background Tecnico: Laurea o Diploma in discipline elettriche, elettroniche, energetiche, dell'automazione ecc. Dimestichezza coi principali protocolli di comunicazione di campo (Modbus RTU/TCP, M-Bus, BACnet, Ethernet) tipici di impianti HVAC e building automation, oltre a una buona conoscenza degli impianti di generazione e distribuzione del calore (generatori, pompe, valvole miscelatrici, accumuli e regolazione climatica). Esperienza minima: 5-7 anni in ruoli analoghi (Energy Manager, Project Manager Efficienza Energetica) all'interno di ESCo (Energy Service Company), società di impianti elettrici, di servizi di ingegneria focalizzate sull'impiantistica termotecnica degli edifici, di automazione (es building automation), di submetering Sede: zona Arese (MI) con orario flessibile ingresso/uscita Inquadramento e RAL saranno commisurati all'esperienza. Sarà data l'auto ad uso promiscuo (previste trasferte sul territorio nazionale ~20% a regime Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
