Per un Lifestyle Resort 4S sul Lago di Garda ricerchiamo un/una General Manager La risorsa avrà la responsabilità complessiva della gestione operativa, economico-finanziaria e strategica della struttura, garantendo standard gli standard di servizio e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance. Principali responsabilità Gestione economica e finanziaria - Predisporre, gestire e monitorare il budget annuale e i forecast periodici. - Analizzare cash flow, costi operativi (OPEX) e ricavi, assicurando il raggiungimento/superamento dei target di NOI e GOP. - Coordinare le strategie di Revenue Management e pricing in collaborazione con la Direzione Commerciale. Gestione delle Risorse Umane - Selezionare, coordinare e valutare i capi reparto e le risorse chiave. - Promuovere piani di formazione, motivazione e team building, favorendo un clima orientato alla performance. - Garantire il rispetto delle normative e procedure interne (es. HACCP, privacy, salute e sicurezza). Operations e Qualità del servizio - Supervisionare il corretto funzionamento quotidiano di tutti i reparti (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Manutenzione). - Assicurare il mantenimento degli standard qualitativi coerenti con la categoria 4S (e con eventuali linee guida di brand). - Gestire direttamente i feedback e le criticità/reclami più importanti, assicurando un'eccellente customer experience. Sales, Marketing e Relazioni esterne - Collaborare con il team Sales & Marketing nella definizione delle linee guida commerciali e del posizionamento sul mercato. - Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con partner strategici (tour operator, agenzie, fornitori, stakeholder locali). Requisiti Formazione - Diploma di Istituto/Scuola Alberghiera, gradita laura in Scienze Turistiche/Economiche Esperienza - Almeno 5 anni in ruoli di responsabilità (Direttore/Vice Direttore) in strutture alberghiere 4/5 stelle, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati (gruppi o catene). Competenze tecniche - Ottima conoscenza di PMS, strumenti di Revenue Management e piattaforme CRM/analisi dati. - Solida padronanza di conto economico, controllo di gestione e KPI di settore (RevPAR, Occupancy, ADR, GOP). - Italiano e inglese fluenti; la conoscenza di una terza lingua è considerata un plus. Competenze trasversali - Leadership autorevole, orientamento al risultato e forte capacità di problem solving. - Spiccata attenzione al cliente e capacità di gestione di situazioni complesse. - Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
