Per azienda leader nel suo settore di riferimento, stiamo cercando un* PROCESS ENGINEER - ADDETTO AL MIGLIORAMENTO CONTINUO. La risorsa si occuperà di: Rilevare e analizzare i tempi di produzione, individuando opportunità di ottimizzazione. Studiare e migliorare l'ergonomia delle postazioni di lavoro per aumentare sicurezza, comfort ed efficienza. Analizzare i flussi produttivi e proporre interventi per la riduzione dei tempi e degli sprechi. Verificare la correttezza delle distinte base e dei cicli di produzione. Controllare che il materiale preparato dal magazzino venga consegnato nelle corrette postazioni di lavoro, nei tempi previsti. Gestire il sistema Kanban e monitorarne l'efficacia. Proporre e valutare nuove attrezzature, utensili e soluzioni per il miglioramento delle postazioni di lavoro. Redigere e aggiornare Procedure Operative Standard (SOP). Formare il personale sulle nuove procedure e sui metodi di lavoro. Supportare la pianificazione e la gestione della produzione. Predisporre report e dossier di produzione. Garantire il rispetto degli standard operativi attraverso autocontrolli, ordine, pulizia del reparto e corretta gestione delle risorse. Definire, monitorare e analizzare gli indicatori di performance (KPI) della produzione. Collaborare con i reparti Produzione, Qualità, Magazzino e Ufficio Tecnico per l'implementazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo. Partecipare all'ottimizzazione dei consumi e dei materiali impiegati nel processo produttivo. Requisiti Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o discipline affini. Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di Tempi e Metodi, Industrializzazione, Lean Manufacturing o Miglioramento Continuo. Capacità di analisi dei processi produttivi. Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Microsoft Excel. Familiarità con sistemi ERP/MRP e gestione delle distinte base. Conoscenza dei principi Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, miglioramento continuo). Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem solving. Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità relazionali. Costituiranno titolo preferenziale Esperienza nell'analisi tempi e metodi. Conoscenza di tecniche di ergonomia industriale. Esperienza nell'implementazione di KPI produttivi. Conoscenza delle metodologie di miglioramento continuo e di ottimizzazione dei processi. Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato.
