1. 负责软件功能/算法表现的 CI/CT 体系架构与落地，建设流水线编排、触发策略与结果归档，形成统一的集成、测试与合入 / 版本准出规范。 2. 开发自动化测试框架，以端到端自动化测试、ROS bag 回放和回灌等手段，完成自动化测试任务。 3. 打通构建、环境准备、回灌执行与报告闭环，完成镜像与依赖管理、GPU 资源调度、失败重试和日志采集，将通过率与指标对比作为合入和发版门禁。 4. 建设质量看护能力，覆盖用例稳定性治理、失败归因、通过率趋势与版本对比；将 badcase bag 回流为回归用例，并编排每日回归、发版回归与热修复验证。 5. 提供可配置流水线模板和 CLI/SDK，与评测框架及算法侧对齐触发条件、产物格式和准出标准，推动测试左移并指导团队接入维护。

1. 硕士及以上学历（优秀本科可放宽），计算机、人工智能、机器人、汽车电子、软件工程等相关专业。 2. 3 年以上测试开发或 CI/CT 平台经验，具备自动化测试框架或持续测试体系 0→1 建设经验。 3. 熟练使用 GitLab CI、Jenkins 等主流 CI 系统，能设计流水线即代码、多阶段编排与合入门禁策略。 4. 精通自动化测试方法：用例分层、按变更选择、并行调度、失败重试、稳定性治理与报告生成。 5. 熟练使用 ROS bag 录制、回放与回灌，能处理多话题对齐、时间戳同步和按场景切片，并把 bag 作为回归输入接入持续测试。 6. 熟练使用 Python，具备测试脚本、服务化与平台开发能力；熟悉容器化环境、任务调度与测试数据管理。

加分项 - 有智驾、具身智能ROS回灌测试、MIL/HIL 自动化或版本准出平台经验。 - 做过场景标签、badcase 闭环或跨版本指标对比看板。 - 熟悉代码版本、模型版本与评测集版本的联合门禁。
