1、负责固定资产、生产设备、工装模具、研发设备、无形资产等全流程核算与账务处理，包括新增、验收、转固、调拨、折旧、减值、报废、处置等。 2、建立并精细化管理固定资产台账，资产卡片，确保原值、折旧年限、残值率、使用部门等信息准确。 3、按月准确计提折旧与摊销，出具资产折旧表、资产变动分析，支持成本核算与制造费用分摊。 4、审核资产采购申请、验收单、领用、维修、技改、报废等单据，监督设备投资、资本性支出合规性与预算控制。 5、组织并执行定期固定资产盘点，出具盘点报告、差异处理、盘盈盘亏账务调整，确保账实相符。 7、配合高新认定、研发加计扣除、审计、税审、政府核查，提供设备清单、资产归属、使用部门、研发专用设备等资料。 8、负责固定资产预算工作，做好资本化支出预算和管控。 9、参与资产管理流程优化，提升设备台账准确性、资产利用率与财务管控水平。

1、本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业；持有CPA或中级会计职称优先。 2、2 年以上制造业固定资产会计工作经验，熟悉生产型企业资产核算逻辑。 3、熟悉企业会计准则、固定资产核算、折旧政策、资产报废、增值税相关处理；了解高新企业研发设备管理要求。 4、熟练操作ERP（金蝶优先）。 5、能下车间、跑现场核对资产，工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通与抗压能力。
