The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Rental Car Services, encompassing both B2B and B2C segments within the Transportation, Trucking, and Railroad industry. This pivotal role will entail identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential business clients in the rental car market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster retention and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the transportation or rental car industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on insights.
