Position: Business Development Manager (Staff Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff outsourcing and staff augmentation, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the staff outsourcing and staff augmentation division

- Identify and target potential clients in various sector in UK, GCC, Pakistan.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all staffing needs

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and onboard top talent for client projects

- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company's services and expand the client base

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or staffing industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong understanding of the staff outsourcing and staff augmentation market in Pakistan

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
