  • Ensure O&M activities are executed systematically and in line with OEM instructions, supplier recommendations, international standards, and organizational policies, while meeting defined KPIs.
  • Provide technical guidance and escalation support to field teams for complex rectification and maintenance cases.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve O&M issues and arrange site visits as required.
  • Conduct regular audits of field teams to ensure compliance with mandatory tools, test equipment, and operational readiness.
  • Enforce safety, security, and HSE compliance in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on rectification snags in line with defined SLAs.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports to support police reports, insurance claims, and internal follow-ups.
  • Manage monthly preventive maintenance (PM) targets and ensure timely closure of identified snags.
  • Oversee outsourced resources and activities in accordance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
  • Schedule periodic hardware inspections and ensure timely snag rectification.
  • Represent the function in internal and cross-functional meetings, and prepare management reports related to business continuity, contractor governance, and inventory.
  • Perform independent site visits as required to assess operational issues and compliance.

Requirements

Education

  • Required: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
