We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor - Business Feasibility and Business Control to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. This role requires a professional with a strong background in finance and accounting, holding qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing the feasibility assessments of various business initiatives, ensuring that all proposals align with our strategic goals while supporting sound financial decision-making. In addition to conducting thorough analyses of potential projects and investments, this position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive financial models and business cases. You will also play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of business controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. With an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement, the Supervisor will contribute to enhancing operational efficiencies and driving financial performance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the feasibility analysis for new projects and business initiatives.
  • Develop financial models to assess profitability and risk associated with various proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements across business operations.
  • Prepare detailed business cases and financial reports for management review.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to support strategic goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members involved in financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Proven experience in business feasibility analysis and financial control within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and financial software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance management and internal controls framework.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
