岗位目标 负责机器人 Agentic System 共性平台能力规划，围绕 Agent Runtime、Skill/Tool、Context/Memory、模型服务、应用运行及观测调试等能力，构建大脑、交互、导航和操作智能应用的统一运行底座，提升智能能力开发、集成、复用和迭代效率。

工作职责 1. 负责机器人 Agentic System 平台产品规划，结合大脑、交互、导航、操作等智能能力需求，识别共性能力并制定平台演进路线。 2. 推动 Agent Runtime、Skill/Tool 管理及调用机制建设，建立机器人能力的统一接入、调用、状态反馈和异常处理机制，降低不同智能模块的集成成本。 3. 负责 Context、Memory、Prompt、Knowledge 及应用资源等共性能力规划，推动机器人智能应用在不同任务和场景中的配置、版本和生命周期管理。 4. 协同研发建设模型服务、应用运行、端云协同及观测调试等平台能力，提升智能应用的开发、部署、问题定位和持续迭代效率。 5. 建立平台能力的使用和效果评估机制，持续分析研发效率、能力复用、运行稳定性及维护成本，推动有效能力形成统一的平台基础设施。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 3年及以上 AI 平台、Agent 平台、大模型应用平台或技术产品相关经验，独立负责过平台型产品从规划到实际使用的完整过程。 3. 对 Agentic AI 技术体系有较深入理解，熟悉 Agent Framework、Tool Calling、Memory、Context、Prompt/Knowledge、模型服务等相关概念。 4. 具备较强的系统抽象能力，能够从多个智能应用和算法团队需求中提炼稳定的平台能力、接口和产品边界。 5. 理解模型、云端服务与端侧应用之间的协同关系，有 LLMOps、模型服务、AI Infra 或复杂智能系统平台经验者优先。 6. 具备一定技术实践能力，能够使用 Python、AI 辅助开发工具等完成必要的原型验证、接口测试及问题分析。

优先经历： 有机器人、自动驾驶、智能终端 Agent、LLM 应用平台或开发者平台相关经验；参与过 Agent Runtime、Skill/Tool Framework、模型服务、端云 Agent 或复杂智能系统平台建设者优先。
