职位描述 1.针对车身、内外饰、底盘、热管理、能量管理、电子电器、显示、光学、诊断、仿真、整车等汽车工程领域的AI/ML模型/算法开发； 2.负责完成模型/算法在车端的应用软件开发，测试验证等工作； 3.负责搭建POC/Demo验证系统； 4.负责模型在车载ECU/嵌入式硬件的轻量化部署； 5.配合数据工程师和系统工程师建立模型训练和测试/评估数据集； 6.配合软件团队完成代码集成与功能验证。

职位要求: 1.211/985/QS100硕士以上学位，1年以上相关工作经验 2.计算机/电子信息工程/自动化/软件工程相关专业毕业,AI/机器学习专业优先 3.有基于AI的自动控制相关项目经验的优先 4.熟练掌握主流深度学习,机器学习算法和常用AI框架 5.熟练掌握C/C++，Python等编程语言,有模型/算子编写能力 6.具备嵌入式系统开发经验的优先 7.具有汽车工程领域相关开发经验的优先(包括底盘,热管理,车身,车载声光电,诊断等) 8.具有探索新技术的精神和优秀的学习能力 9.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与跨职能团队高效合作。
