Job Summary This role takes charge of offline retail network development for XPeng in the Philippines. You will identify qualified dealer groups, conduct site feasibility assessment, complete commercial negotiation and dealership contract signing. You will support showroom renovation and opening following XPeng global SI/VI standards, monitor dealer performance, enforce brand retail policies, resolve channel conflicts and drive retail sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop offline network expansion strategy for the Philippines market. Identify potential dealer groups, mall landlords and retail sites; conduct competitor retail network benchmarking. Full-cycle dealer recruitment: prospecting, partner background verification, commercial term negotiation, dealership agreement finalization and partner onboarding. Lead retail site selection, site evaluation, rent negotiation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver showroom fit-out, ensuring compliance with XPeng store design standards and pre-opening preparation. Set dealer KPIs on sales, customer experience and after-sales. Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews and provide coaching to improve partner operation capability. Implement brand, pricing and retail SOP policies, prevent channel conflicts, maintain consistent XPeng customer experience across all offline stores. Collect local market and competitor intelligence. Prepare network expansion reports and present recommendations to regional leadership. Ensure all dealer-related operations comply with Philippine commercial and labour regulations.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Minimum 3 years automotive offline dealer / retail network development experience in the Philippines. Existing connections with local auto dealer groups, shopping mall management and retail property owners is a strong plus. Fluent English for business communication; Tagalog is preferred. Proven track record in site selection, commercial negotiation, contract management and new store launch. Experience in new energy vehicle industry is preferred. Based in Manila, willing to travel nationwide for site inspection and partner meetings
