1、本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，有中东地区产品规划经验优先； 2、对中东非地区新能源相关政策法规、市场客户需求、主要竞争环境等具备基本的了解和知识储备； 3、具有汽车技术和工程开发的基本知识，具备技术敏感度； 4、沟通能力强，逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的责任心，能够积极主动进行跨部门协作沟通； 5、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先； 6、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，接受base当地和海外出差。
