岗位目标 负责单手、双手、affordance point、loco-manipulation及BFM相关能力，当前以在研为主，持续承担真实作业结果。

工作职责 1. 负责机器人操作与运动智能相关产品规划，面向真实作业场景梳理移动、操作及全身协同等能力需求，明确需求优先级、版本目标及验收标准。 2. 深入机器人实际任务和使用场景，将作业需求拆解为具体算法能力要求，协同算法团队明确功能边界、接口及关键性能指标。 3. 参与机器人真机测试与能力验证，围绕任务成功率、运动精度、稳定性、执行效率及异常恢复等关键问题进行分析，推动算法及系统持续迭代。 4. 协同算法、运控、本体、软件、测试及系统工程团队推进功能开发和整机集成，跟进从方案设计、开发验证到实机交付的全过程，推动关键问题闭环。 5. 持续跟踪机器人运动控制、操作智能及行业产品与技术发展，结合用户需求、场景价值和技术成熟度，提出后续产品能力规划及版本迭代方向。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制工程、计算机、机械电子等相关专业优先，具备机器人、自动驾驶、智能硬件等相关行业经验。 2. 3年及以上相关算法研发或技术产品经验；独立承担过核心能力的需求定义、方案取舍、效果验收及实际应用，能够清楚说明本人负责的产品决策与迭代结果。 3. 深入掌握基于学习的操作、运动控制至少一个方向，理解单／双手、移动操作与全身协调的系统约束。了解运动学、动力学、轨迹规划、全身控制、力控/柔顺控制等基本原理；了解强化学习、模仿学习等在机器人运动与操作中的应用者优先。 4. 具备较强的技术理解和产品抽象能力，能够将实际场景和任务需求转化为清晰的功能需求、技术指标及测试验收方案。 5. 具备较强的数据分析和问题定位能力，熟练使用AI工具搭建实验、真机日志分析、实验设计及原型实践，能以重复运行证据证明能力改进。 6. 具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通协调和项目推进能力，能够在技术快速演进、产品定义尚未完全成熟的环境中独立推进工作。

优先经历： 有人形机器人、机械臂、灵巧手、足式机器人或自动驾驶相关产品经验；参与过运动控制、机器人学习或复杂机器人系统从研发验证到产品交付全过程者优先。
