职位描述 1、统筹已立项KD项目，根据销售需求，牵头研发、制造、市场、销售部门，制定项目计划，把控各项目进度、协调项目资源、控制项目风险，确保上市需求按时达成； 2、根据项目计划进行各项任务的分解和跟踪，提前预知风险，及时发现问题并采取必要的控制手段，解决项目实施过程中的突发事件； 3、定期组织项目例会，告知进展持续更新。需要时定期提交项目分析报告； 4、持续优化项目管理流程，牵头各相关部门的协作优化，组织项目成员及各部门沟通协调。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上整车项目管理相关经验，熟悉海外KD项目流程及操作； 2、沟通交流能力强，具备较强时间节点意识，能够有效团队沟通和项目资源协调，推动节点落地； 3、具备良好的团队管理能力及协作精神，工作积极主动，执行力强； 4、英语可作工作语言，有海外留学经历者优先。
