We are now looking for a Service Advisor for our XPENG car dealership in Hillerød, where you will play a key role in shaping customers' experience of the brand. Who is XPENG? Din rolle As a Service Advisor, you are often the first point of contact for customers when their car needs to be taken to the workshop. You act as the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring that the entire process proceeds professionally, efficiently and with the customer at its core. You make sure that customers feel welcome, well-informed and properly assisted – from booking to vehicle handover. You will become part of a strong team in Hillerød, where collaboration, quality and good spirits are a natural part of everyday life. Your primary tasks Receiving and enrolling customers for service and repair visits Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the workshop in cooperation with the workshop manager Ongoing dialogue and follow-up with customers Handling of customer cases and administrative tasks Invoicing and delivery of vehicles to customers Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workshop processes Ordering spare parts for daily repairs Handling of spare parts upon return Removal of spare parts for future reactions Contribute to high customer satisfaction and a strong customer experience Ensure compliance with XPENG's processes, quality requirements and safety standards
We imagine that you Have experience as a service advisor or from a similar customer facing role in the automotive industry Passionate about creating great customer experiences Works in a structured manner and maintains a clear overview during a busy daily routine. Be positive, solution-oriented and take ownership. Thrives in an environment where things develop rapidly Have strong IT skills and a quick ability to get to grips with new systems Proficient in written and spoken Danish and English Hold a category B driving license Experience with electric vehicles is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is your mindset, your commitment and your willingness to learn.
