职位描述 1.后工程或KD市场反馈白车身相关问题解析推进至问题关闭； 2.品熟会车身责任问题（含冲压件尺寸、焊点质量、车身尺寸精度、表面质量）原因对策跟进； 3.区域班组反馈 SQE来料、物流量产重点问题专项跟进； 4.VES、DPU、FTT不达分析及重点改进措施闭环管理； 5.XPTC系统车身质量责任问题关闭跟踪 6.质量活动策划（焊点质量、车身尺寸精度、错漏装等专项）; 7.车身过程变化点确认（4M 变更确认）、变更管理; 8.重点问题确认传递、分析及改善（尺寸链偏差、焊接缺陷、表面缺陷、错漏装等）; 9.过往车型多发不良总结，识别车身（焊装）制造领域的重点管理项目及管理基准，提前识别新车型试制重点确认事项； 10.负责不良解析报告、程序文件等资料的制作; 11.质量目标管理（白车身 FTT、DPU、关键尺寸合格率等）.

1、本科及以上学历、1-2年以上工作经验，IQS9001质量体系或IATF16949体系工作经验； 2、具备高度的责任心和必须的职业素养，以及抗压性。
