1. 负责AI智能语音团队的质量保障工作，包含语音算法基础能力（声学前端、唤醒、ASR、NLU等）和语音功能端到端测试工作； 2. 负责语音需求业务测试，根据产品需求制定测试方案、编写测试用例、结合车型版本计划，执行测试任务； 3. 负责开发和维护测试工具和批处理脚本，对语音自动化功能用例进行维护，提升团队工作效率； 4 与产品、研发、算法工程师密切配合，共同提升语音算法技术指标和业务指标，保障语音交付质量。

1. 计算机或人工智能相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 有声学测试或智能座舱测试相关经验，语音交互测试经验优先； 3. 具备一定的编程能力，熟练掌握Python或java相关编程语言中的一种，独立完成测试脚本或工具开发和使用； 4. 掌握软件测试理论与方法，具有软件项目交付经验，对AI人工智能在车载场景的应用及相关测试工作感兴趣，学习理解能力强； 5. 工作积极主动、有担当，做事认真细致、有耐心，有较强的责任感和抗压能力，有敏锐的质量意识，善于发现和总结问题，良好的沟通表达和总结汇报的能力； 6. 有C1驾照且熟练驾驶者优先；
