岗位职责 1. 参与 AI 技术项目管理，重点承担以下任一方向： - 模型工程与 AI Infra：参与模型训练、微调、量化、转换、部署、联调、评测及版本发布等项目； - AI Agent与研发平台：参与 AI Agent、AI Coding、ModelOps、MLOps及软件平台化建设； - AI技术委员会专项：参与重点专项治理、技术议题组织、行业研究及决策事项跟踪。 2. 在项目负责人指导下，承接具体专项或模块，梳理项目目标、范围、里程碑、交付物和验收标准，推动责任人及完成时间明确。 3. 协同算法、模型工程、软件架构、端侧 Runtime、云平台、算力平台和测试等团队，跟踪技术依赖、接口、运行环境、算力资源及测试进展。 4. 持续跟踪项目计划和关键节点，识别交付风险、资源缺口及待决策问题，推动相关团队形成方案并完成问题关闭。 5. 参与 ModelOps、MLOps及研发基础设施建设，整理模型研发、部署和交付过程中的共性问题，推动工具链、工作流程及平台能力改进。 6. 维护技术委员会专项的项目目标、指标、责任分工、项目状态、资源需求和风险事项，协助组织专项评审及项目复盘。 7. 完成技术议题准备、材料审查、会议组织、决策记录及行动项跟踪，检查委员会决策的实际落实情况。 8. 跟踪 AI Agent、AI Coding、AI Infra、基座模型及软件平台化等方向，开展行业信息收集和技术方案分析，为专项立项、方案选择及资源配置提供支持。 9. 维护项目数据、风险台账和管理看板，定期形成项目进展、风险及待协调事项报告。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、电子信息、机器人等相关专业。 2. 具备2年左右的软件研发、AI工程、技术项目管理或研发交付经验。 3. 具备以下任一方向的项目、实习或研究经验： - 模型训练、微调、推理、量化、转换、部署或评测； - AI Agent、AI Coding、ModelOps、MLOps或研发平台建设； - 软件研发、系统集成、测试验证或版本交付； - 技术项目管理、项目运营、数据分析或行业研究。 4. 具备基本的软件工程能力，熟悉 Linux、Git、Python、Shell、CI/CD、容器等技术或工具中的任意一项。 5. 在技术方案阅读、系统架构分析、接口联调、日志分析或测试结果分析中的任一方面具备基础能力，能够从技术材料中整理项目进展、依赖及问题。 6. 具备基本的项目计划、进度跟踪和问题推进能力，能够独立承接边界清晰的工作事项。 7. 具备较好的数据分析和书面表达能力，能够基于事实形成清晰的项目记录、进展报告和汇报材料。 8. 学习能力和主动性较强，面对陌生技术方向或不完整信息，能够主动查找资料、沟通确认并推动形成结论。
