The posting

1. 负责质量与安全中心 Infra 智能化建设全生命周期的项目管理，统筹推进标准体系、数据中台、AI赋能、Agent落地等各个阶段工作按里程碑交付； 2. 负责跨部门资源协调与拉通，推进 IT/信息化、各质量域等多方协同，识别依赖关系，管控关键路径，确保项目按期推进； 3. 负责项目风险识别与管控，建立风险清单及预警机制，制定应对方案并跟踪闭环； 4. 建立并维护项目 PMO 运营体系，包括项目计划管理、会议管理、进度汇报、文档沉淀，定期向管理层输出项目进度报告； 5. 协助组织需求梳理与优先级排序，结合年度目标和资源约束制定合理的建设节奏，推动工作包按质交付； 6. 对 Infra 建设整体进度和交付质量负责，统筹协调技术、资源、进度、风险各维度异常，保障建设目标达成。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上数字化建设或信息化项目管理工作经验，有整车质量经验优先； 2. 熟悉项目管理全生命周期方法论（PMP/PMBOK），具备大型跨部门项目统筹落地经验； 3. 了解数据平台或企业级系统建设基本逻辑，能与技术团队有效沟通并推进决策； 4. 具备出色的跨部门协调能力、向上沟通能力和资源调配能力，能在复杂组织环境下推动项目落地； 5. 责任心强，抗压能力强，结果导向，能独立识别问题并主动推动闭环； 6. 熟练使用项目管理工具（飞书多维表格/Jira/MS Project等）及 Office； 7. 具备良好的文档撰写与结构化表达能力，能独立输出高质量的管理报告和汇报材料。
