【岗位职责】 1.负责带领和指导团队成员解决车身内外饰结构材料重难点问题，保障市场投放质量； 2.组织市场质量车身内外饰领域技术能力建设和团队建设工作； 3.负责车身内外饰领域结构材料重难点问题攻关项目，带领团队针对重大批量等问题快速响应，深入客户及供应商现场调查根因，推进保修件实物解析及改进措施落地。

【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历，高分子化学与物理、材料工程、化工类等相关专业，10年以上材料分析相关工作经验； 2.熟悉通用塑料、特种工程塑料的物性，生产工艺和常用测试方法； 3.具备非金属领域的材料失效分析经验，了解常见的非金属材料缺陷成因及改善方法，可独立进行零件的失效分析工作并提出改进措施； 4.对整车零部件和结构有一定的了解，熟悉塑料的生产成型工艺； 5.了解GB、ISO、ASTM、JIS等国标、欧标、汽车行业非金属材料标准； 6.具备优秀的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，良好的沟通能力，能与DRE、SQE团队协作分析市场重大材料问题，制定处理方案； 7.会使用CATIA等各类设计软件，有模流分析和CAE性能分析软件操作经验者优先； 8.有材料挤出，吹塑等工艺开发、注塑工艺调试经验及材料检测实验室经验者优先。
