1. 负责制定车型上市GTM策略，开展产品竞争洞察，分析市场、竞争、用户、自身，明确达成目的和解决问题，制定业务节奏、竞争手段，关键路径措施； 2. 负责制定产品策略，在产品开发阶段，代表IDS提出产品功能建议和需求方案，完成XPD阀点任务，在上市阶段明确车型配置策略、推出节奏、产品营销定位、卖点、用户形象刻画，提出定价方案建议； 3. 负责制定车型上市和日常营销内容，研究内容偏好、触媒渠道等，挖掘产品亮点和文案包装，策划通用性内容解读、文案、平面、视频素材等，牵引设计版块和第三方完成制作； 4. 负责制定车型上市GTM计划，牵引全球上市campaign，主导XPMS体系项目管理，明确内容释放、业务动作日程，拆解各业务模块负责任务，开展项目推进、复盘管理。

1. 本科及以上学历；英语可以作为工作语言，能力突出可放宽； 2. 具有优秀的思考、表达、沟通能力； 3. 具有海外业务经验优先； 4. 具有GTM业务经验优先； 5. 具有新车上市操盘经验优先。
