1、负责整车耐久试验的总体策划、能力建设、试验方法开发等工作； 2、负责整车耐久试验的项目统筹与技术审核，解决新车型开发及耐久测试验程中遇到的重大、疑难技术问题； 3、负责解析试验数据，审核测试计划、方案及测试报告，基于测试结果为开发部门提供专业的优化建议，推动产品质量闭环； 4、关注行业前沿动态，引进先进的耐久测试技术、工具或台架，持续优化整车耐久试验流程，提升测试效率与准确性； 5、负责整车耐久试验团队的人才培养及技术赋能，激发团队潜力； 6、针对整车耐久试验项目全生命周期管理，制定管控机制，确保项目进度、成本和质量目标的高效达成； 7、根据整车耐久的试验数据和运营数据，持续优化整车耐久试验方法，精细化管理，提升组织效能；

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、机电一体化等相关专业； 2、10年以上整车耐久试验或开发相关工作经验，至少完整经历过2-3款全新车型的耐久试验或开发全流程； 3、熟悉汽车构造理论知识，精通整车及零部件疲劳耐久机理、试验规范流程及国家/行业相关标准； 4、具备优秀的领导力，拥有30人以上规模团队的管理经验，熟悉大型测试团队的运作模式与人员效能提升； 5、具备良好的数字化思维，能够对数据进行深入分析和洞察，有AI结合业务应用经验者优先； 6、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和资源整合能力，能够妥善处理复杂的项目冲突，抗压能力强； 7、具备高度的责任心与事业心，拥有良好的职业道德操守和保密意识； 8、具备全局思维和前瞻性眼光，能够从公司整体战略出发规划测试业务的发展方向。
