1. 在资深工程师指导下，参与机器人整机安全监控软件的开发，包括安全状态机、速度/位置限位监控、碰撞检测、急停与安全停车逻辑等安全功能模块的设计与实现（C++） 2. 负责安全相关模块与本体、硬件、驱动、算法等系统的集成联调，参与整机安全测试并推动问题定位与闭环 3. 参与安全需求向软件实现的分解与落地，配合功能安全/预期功能安全工程师完成安全机制的软件实现与验证 4. 使用 Python 开发安全测试自动化脚本、失效注入工具与数据分析工具，提升安全验证的覆盖度与效率 5. 参与软件设计文档、测试用例与调试记录等文档的编写，支撑流程体系与量产落地

  • 学习能力：具备较强的学习能力与钻研精神，能快速掌握机器人安全领域知识、实时控制架构与工程工具链；有较强的上进心，主动学习、主动成长
  • 责任心：责任心强，代码质量意识与安全意识高，对软件的安全性与可靠性负责到底
  • 专业技能：具备扎实的编码能力，精通 C++（熟悉 C++11/14 及以上特性、数据结构与算法），熟悉 Python 并能用于脚本与工具开发
  • 理论基础：熟悉操作系统（Linux/RTOS）基本原理，了解嵌入式开发、实时系统、常用通信总线（EtherCAT、CAN 等）者优先
  • 加分项：有机器人、ROS/ROS2、嵌入式或安全相关软件开发项目经历者优先；了解 ISO 10218、ISO 13849 等机器人安全标准者优先；有良好的英文文献阅读与技术文档撰写能力者优先
