1、负责对整车检查工艺管理，商品化检查/检测线/路试工艺编排及节拍优化； 2、负责整车出厂检验方面的准备，品质验证及整车出厂检查的标准化作业管理； 3、负责整车下线作业文件的审核与管理，确保检查项目有效； 4、负责统计分析并报告整车质量状态，推动问题解决，组织必要的会议，确保质量指标达成； 5、负责收集后端监察及售后反馈的问题，及时制定检查方案，并在工厂内实施围堵； 6、负责接收ECR/ECN变更信息，工程变更的归口管理； 7、作为质量PLM工艺审批接口，统筹各部门的评估意见，审批ECR/ECN流程； 8、负责ECN发布后的实施管控，与生产管理科协同，协调关联部门做好试装管理、初物管理和断点管理； 9、定期参与工程变更例会，ECN实施关联信息的获取与传递； 10、负责完善部门内ECR/ECN接收评估流程、实施及闭环管理流程； 11、负责向部门内成员宣贯、培训ECR/ECN相关流程文件及表单，提高实施效率； 12、负责部门4M变更的管理及检查工作； 13、质量系统日常维护，系统定期优化等； 14、负责合格证系统的管理工作，合格证/一致性证书/环保清单参数维护、使用和管理。 15、车型质量品熟策划、组织车型制造质量提升管理活动、车型质量问题管理、车型重难点课题解析及推进、车型质量目标达成管理； 16、领导交办的其他事项。

1.2年以上质量工作经验 2.掌握汽车行业质量体系管理方面的知识，了解机械基础知识、汽车生产制造基础知识、汽车五大工艺知识； 3.悉整车质量管理及报交点质量管控重点，熟悉整车性能指标，具备电动车质量管理经验者优先 4.具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先 5.机动车驾驶证，具备熟练驾驶经验
