1、根据自动泊车的产品定义以及系统架构，牵头项目测试工作，包括测试计划制定、测试方案设计、资源协调、测试管控、报告编写等； 2、自动泊车/泊车辅助功能及性能评估，主要包括建立/设计泊车产品的功能及性能的评估指标，评估系统功能/性能边界、指标达成情况； 3、测试场景库建设，编写和维护自动泊车相关测试规范和测试用例； 4、测试标准化建立，能从测试体系角度，根据业务需求建立标准化的测试流程以及测试基准，以测试效率提升以及快速迭代为目标，优化测试流程，完善测试方法，构建测试闭环； 5、测试数据分析、市场问题复现、测试问题管理，协助开发团队进行产品优化。

1、学历：本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机、电子等相关专业； 2、经验：1年及以上汽车电子或智能驾驶测试经验； 3、技能： - 熟悉泊车系统（APA、AVP）架构、功能逻辑及测试方法论； - 掌握CAN总线、以太网通信协议及车载传感器（摄像头、超声波雷达、激光雷达）标定与调试； - 熟练使用测试工具链，以及了解仿真相关工具； - 具备编程能力，能使用Python/C++进行自动化测试脚本开发及日志分析； - 熟悉功能安全标准（ISO 26262）、ASPICE流程及ADAS测试规范。 4、加分项 - 有实际项目经验，主导过完整泊车系统测试项目落地； - 熟悉传感器融合算法或机器学习在测试中的应用； - 具备团队管理或跨部门协作经验，能推动多团队高效协作。
