1. 行政管理体系建设制定、完善并监督执行基地的行政管理制度、流程及工作标准，提升行政管理规范化水平。 2. 后勤保障管理统筹员工食堂、宿舍、车辆调度、保洁、安保、绿化等后勤服务，定期评估服务质量，持续优化员工工作生活环境。 3. 资产与设施管理负责基地固定资产、办公设备、办公用品的管理、采购及定期盘点，确保资产有效利用与维护。 4. 内外协调与接待组织安排重要会议、大型活动及来访接待；维护与政府、社区等相关方的关系，处理外部事务。 5. 预算与成本控制编制并控制行政费用预算，合理控制后勤、采购、运维等成本，提高资源使用效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，行政管理、企业管理、人力资源管理等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上中大型制造型企业/互联网企业行政管理工作经验，具备生产基地后勤保障、物业管理、体系化建设、数字化建设等模块实战经验者优先。 3. 熟悉国家及地方安全、环保、消防等法律法规- 精通行政管理体系搭建及后勤保障流程- 具备较强的预算管理和成本控制能力- 熟练使用Office办公软件及OA系统。 4. 出色的组织协调能力和沟通表达能力和服务意识，较强的突发事件应急处理能力和抗压能力，具备合规意识与风险管控思维。
