1、负责小鹏生态品的线上运营工作：制定选品规划，落地商品上架、定价体系搭建、货品销售管理、库存周转管控、营销活动策划等全流程工作； 2、依托数据分析工具常态化监控流量、商品动销、下单转化率、客单价等核心经营指标，定期复盘；通过数据定位问题，输出可落地优化方案，对营收、毛利结果负责； 3、深度洞察新能源车主消费需求、行业趋势及竞品产品布局、运营打法，输出新品引入提案与老品优化迭代建议，持续优化货品结构； 4、做好跨部门协同，对接采购、财务、线下门店等多方团队，保障各项运营策略高效落地。

1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等经管类专业优先； 2、核心综合能力：数据拆解与应用能力，可依托数据驱动运营决策；拥有完整的线上品类运营逻辑、市场需求洞察能力；擅长供应链与渠道资源整合，跨部门沟通统筹能力优异；精通线下门店分销体系搭建、渠道管控全流程； 3、工具要求：熟练运用 相关函数工具、主流数据分析平台开展数据统计、复盘工作； 4、职业素养：强结果导向，能够承受业绩冲刺压力；主动追踪行业动态、竞品商业模式，具备创新意识与高效落地执行力。
