一、全球车型上市节奏统筹（全车型周期顶层规划） 1. 统筹公司全年所有新车型（含全新车型、年度改款车型）全球上市节奏规划，结合全球各区域准入周期、竞品上市节点、当地消费淡旺季，制定跨区域错峰上市排布表，同步对齐国贸、研发、认证部门时间节点，解决多车型上市资源冲突问题。 2. 牵头全新车型全项目阀点交付物管控，严格按照整车项目Gantt阀点，按时输出全套上市交付材料：全球统一SKU配置策略、全球差异化营销策略、全球市场营销地图、多语种官方产品手册、全球卖点统一话术库，同步完成内部阀点评审闭环。

二、在研车型前端市场需求输入与项目辅助决策 1. 深度对接内部整车在研车型项目组、，基于全球不同区域用户用车痛点、竞品主流配置、当地法规隐性要求，输出包含外观内饰偏好、功能配置取舍、区域专属选装包需求。 2. 全程参与在研车型各阶段评审会，针对研发输出的配置方案、造型方案、性能参数，提供全球市场视角的修改意见，辅助项目总监完成车型最终决策。

三、在售车型全球动态营销策略运营支持 1. 常态化监控全球各区域在售车型销量结构、区域市场份额、终端用户反馈、竞品动态营销动作，拆解销量下滑/增长背后的产品、营销原因，区分区域共性问题与个性化问题。 2. 针对在售车型区域销量波动、口碑反馈、竞品冲击，输出可直接落地的轻量化营销策略方案，包含区域卖点迭代、终端物料更新、区域差异化权益建议、SKU库存调配建议，交付给海外区域/代理商直接执行，不亲自下场落地执行营销动作。 3. 负责全球统一产品宣传话术、产品手册、营销地图的动态迭代更新，完成所有对外产品类物料合规审核，符合全球各区域广告法、数据隐私合规要求。

硬性基础要求 1. 学历：全日制本科及以上，车辆工程、市场营销、国际贸易相关专业优先 2. 经验：5年及以上主机厂海外整车产品营销/车型项目管理经验，完整参与过至少1款全新车型海外全流程上市，熟悉整车项目阀点体系 3. 语言：英语流利，商务读写、口语沟通无障碍，可独立完成英文产品方案、跨区域会议沟通 4. 技能：精通方案撰写、市场数据分析，熟悉海外整车准入基础法规

软性与优先加分项 1. 参与过整车海外上市产品策略全流程，熟悉至少一个主流出海区域市场规则 2. 了解整车出口关税、报关、法规认证基础流程 3. 具备跨时差、跨文化沟通能力，可接受短期海外出差，擅长跨部门需求对齐
