1. 负责海外售后四级业务(中台、子公司、国家总代、门店)的BI报表开发与维护，对接各业务板块的数据需求，输出业务需求文档，明确统计维度、展示方式与更新周期，确保数据“看得清、用得上、有价值”； 2. 负责端到端业务数字员工的开发与落地，将重复性、规则明确的操作交由数字员工自动执行，释放团队人力，提升业务流转效率； 3. 协助推动数据驱动决策在海外售后各业务场景中的落地，逐步形成“数据→洞察→决策→行动”的闭环机制，支持业务“看得清、管得住、决策有依据”。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、信息管理、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2. 1年以上数据产品、BI报表或自动化工具相关经验，熟悉主流BI工具(如Power BI、Tableau、猎豹平台等)，有车企、数字化服务商或海外业务背景者优先； 3. 对RPA/AI Agent等数字员工技术有基本了解，能识别可自动化的业务场景并推动落地； 4. 具备良好的业务理解力与沟通能力，能将抽象的业务需求转化为可落地的数据产品。 5. 英语可作为工作语言，能适应短期海外出差。
