1、业务规划与目标管理 -制定年度生态产品商业化战略，拆解GMV/渗透率/ARPU等核心指标；建立商业化数据监控体系，输出周度经营复盘与月度策略调整建议； -优化与迭代生态产品矩阵（车品/出行产品/内容娱乐/智能周边/生活服务），明确各品类定位与资源配比。 2、产品商业化落地 -落地生态产品的全生命周期管理，设计创新变现模式（包括会员订阅/场景化服务包/B2B2C分润/数据增值服务等）； -平衡用户体验与商业收益，通过定价与毛利管控获得最优商业价值，制定商业化的"红线"与"弹性空间"。 3、生态伙伴运营 -优化供应商分级管理机制，定期评估供应商服务绩效、设计优质供应商赋能方案，提升供应商合作满意度。 4、跨部门协同 -联动车型项目组，确保生态产品的营销计划与整车计划、新车上市节奏耦合、建立高效的生态产品的 GTM运作流程，将生态产品权益转化为销售弹药和用户运营抓手。

1、5-8年工作经验，其中3年以上汽车生态/车联网/智能硬件生态的商业化运营经验； 2、完整主导过至少1个生态产品从0到1的变现闭环，年GMV千万级或DAU百万级优先； 3、商业敏感度：能独立搭建财务模型，清晰计算LTV/CAC、分润比例、投资回报率； 4、产品思维：熟悉车载场景的服务设计逻辑，理解车规级要求与HMI交互约束； 5、资源整合力：具备服务商谈判、合同设计、分层运营的实际经验； 6、数据驱动：熟练使用数据分析工具进行漏斗分析，能用数据讲故事并推动决策； 7、协同影响力：具有较强的横向协同影响力，推动研发、销售、外部伙伴达成共识。
