1、质量体系建立：统筹策划并推进质量体系的建立、维护及持续优化；衔接研发质量要求，将研发阶段质量管控要求落地至制造、供应链业务流程，打通研发‑制造质量体系接口。 2、外部审核：策划组织应对体系认证、飞行检查、外部监管等各类外部审核活动；支持研发相关的体系核查、客户研发阶段二方审核，配合完成研发输出物的体系符合性举证。 3、内部审核：承接并策划公司内部审核活动并参与和推进审核问题跟踪验证；覆盖研发转产、工程变更、样件试制等研发关联业务场景，推动研发输出落地问题闭环。 4、体系专项调查：策划并组织质量体系专项调查和后期问题的跟踪验证；可针对研发转产质量风险、工程变更质量失效、样件到量产过渡类体系问题开展专项复盘调查。 5、质量文化推广：策划质量文化推广活动并实施，持续提升全员质量意识；面向研发人员开展质量理念宣贯，强化研发‑制造协同质量意识。 体系审核组能力提升：开展体系关联人员培训，提升质量管理体系流程的应用和诊断能力；开展研发质量、转产质量、工程变更管理相关的体系培训，提升审核人员对研发业务的识别与判断能力。 6、研发‑体系协同：参与研发转产、工程变更 EC/ECR、样件试制、DV/PV 试验转量产全流程的体系管控；识别研发输出向制造转移过程中的体系缺口，推动流程、标准、控制要求完善；参与跨部门评审，对研发输出物（图纸、规范、特殊特性、FMEA、控制计划等）从量产落地视角提出体系层面意见。

1、汽车行业质量管理及体系工作经验，具备研发质量或研发‑制造协同质量相关工作经验，熟悉整车 / 零部件研发流程，有参与 APQP 全流程落地、研发转产体系管控实战经历优先。 2、大学本科及以上，理工科专业，获得质量体系内审员资格证；持有 IATF16949/VDA6.3 审核员证书优先。 3、专业能力：精通 ISO9001、IATF16949、VDA6.3；熟练掌握质量管理工具 APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、QC 七大手法、8D 等；熟悉汽车产品研发流程，了解 DV/PV 验证、工程变更管理、特殊特性定义、样件管控等研发质量业务，能够识别研发输出向量产落地的体系风险点。 4、具备跨部门协同能力，能够对接研发、工程、供应链、生产团队，推动研发质量要求在体系内固化落地；能够识别研发‑制造接口的体系漏洞，输出流程优化方案。 5、具备较强的审核、问题分析、项目推进能力，能够针对研发转产、工程变更带来的质量体系问题开展专项调查与闭环改进。
