1. 负责人形机器人本体软件（导航/人机交互/视觉越障/OTA/自诊断/安全等领域）的测试工作； 2. 深入理解被测软件的技术架构/业务架构/通信方式并制定测试策略保证软件的鲁棒性/容错机制的合理； 3. 包括不限于使用多种手段单测/协议测试/SIL/HIL/整机测试等手段分层开展软件测试工作； 4. 在测试的过程中主导开发自动化测试框架或平台结合公司智能化的基础设施技术，提升软件测试的质量和效率； 5. 同时参与建设机器人测试体系包括机器人软件测试相关的测试策略/测试方法并沉淀知识库。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/自动化/机器人工程等相关专业； 2. 2年以上的复杂的软件工程/嵌入式/分布式系统/多模型交互等领域的测试经验（其一或以上）； 3. 具备一定的编程能力(Python/C++/Java)，具备良好的编码风格参与编写自动化框架/运控脚本/测试平台开发等； 4. 熟悉使用SIL/HIL其中之一的技术，对仿真软件(MuJoCo/Isaac系列/Gazebo等)具备一定的项目实践经验，可进行部分场景模型的修改及完善，并对仿真结果进行分析及问题的排查； 5. 有良好的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力、主动学习能力，自驱力强。

加分项： 1. 有主导负责多模态(语音/具身/导航/视觉等)/机器人学/传统控制/深度控制/强化学习/slam原理等领域的经验者加分； 2. 有大模型技术(Prompt/RAG/微调等)在测试领域经验中实践并应用的经验者更佳。
